Is Ochronosis when treating with Hydroquinone rare ? (For Professionals)

• Articles are available concerning (exogenous) ochronosis

• It can be said here that:

1. It is not as rare as we think
2. This side effect of hydroquinone use is underreported and underdiagnosed. Indeed a biopsy (often on the face) is needed to make the diagnosis.
