- On the other hand granulomatous rosacea is more common in patients of color
- the issue is also Post-inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH) induced by the inflammatory lesions.
Proposed standard treatment for rosacea in patients with skin of color
- oral doxycycline 40mg daily
- topical metronidazole
- topical azelaic acid
