• An SPF (Sunprotection Factor) of 30 or more is recommended
• Physical sunscreens containing particles are privileged (over chemical sunscreens). Indeed physical sunscreens protect against all the visible light and not only UV rays.

Sunprotection is only effective if sunexposure is avoided
